Room a Sketchbook for Analytic Action

“ROOM was incorporated as a 501(c)3 organization in May of 2022. Our fiscal year runs from September 1 through August 31. ROOM is an interdisciplinary educational and literary magazine with a mission of extending community psychological and cultural awareness. Through the end of the September 1 2021 to August 31 2022 fiscal year, ROOM has only received $1,942 in donations. In the upcoming years ROOM will generate donations through its free magazine distribution. From 2017 until 2022 ROOM was under the fiscal sponsorship of another 501c3 organization- IPTAR (EIN 13-6144019). Over this 5 year period, ROOM accumulated $60,000 in donations (average $12,000 per yer). When ROOM incorporated in May 2022, this sum was transferred from IPTAR to ROOM in accordance with its fiscal sponsorship agreement.”

“ROOM is a community funded magazine, aiming to receive enough donations to cover the cost of operating expenses and the cost of publication of its tri-annual magazines. In the future, our expenditures will relate to the creation and distribution of this free literature.”
