“Members of the consortium are comprised of representatives of the current member state school boards associations. State school boards associations whose consortium membership dues are current and in good standing are member states.”

“Prior to january 1, 2023, the board's affairs are governed by a the transition steering committee (tsc), which consists of two representatives from each founding member. The board of directors will subsequently be appointed by the members on a rotating basis.”
