However, during 2024, East End Youth Ministry, Inc. was not equipped to pay this stipend and taxes. Although the fiscal sponsorship of Beulah Presbyterian Church ended on 1/1/24, the church agreed to pay the stipend amount and taxes through its payroll system and accept reimbursement of the costs from East End Youth Ministry. Ruzanic's compensation is not included as an East End Youth Ministry, Inc. expense.”

“East End Youth Ministry, Inc. offered a tutoring program for teenagers (ages 13-18) after school for three days per week. The average weekly attendance was 40 teenagers. In addition to providing assistance with school work, opportunities to explore music and art were offered. Each day, physical activity in the gymnasium or outdoors on the church campus was offered.”

“East End Youth Ministry, Inc. offered an OST 8-week summer camp. Over 70 kids (1st to 8th grade) were registered and an average of 40 kids attended each week of camp. Our 15 counselors were mainly high school students with a few college age students serving as counselor leaders. Many of the high school students were involved in our OST tutoring program during the school year. In addition to providing full day care to 70 campers, we enabled the high school counselors to experience a first job and have first-time leadership experience. In total, summer camp impacted 84 students ages K-12.”

During the fiscal sponsorship, Beulah Presbyterian Church collected revenue and paid expenses for East End Youth Ministry, Inc. During 2024, Beulah Presbyterian Church transferred net revenue to East End Youth Ministry, Inc.”
