“The Officers and Directors of Robinhood Archery Club Inc were responsible for dissolving that club and reorganizing as Fremont Archery Inc and remained in their same positions. Treasurer Christine Johannesen and Director Brad Johannesen are husband and wife and both have been very active in both clubs; both are certified instructors through United States Archery Association and are the main leaders of the Advanced Archery Class.”

“Fremont Archery Inc has dues-paying members who elect the officers and directors at the December annual meeting.”

“All dues-paying members are eligible to vote on any motion at any meeting and during election of officers and directors at the annual meeting.”

“The secretary of Fremont Archery Inc. provides written minutes of each meeting at the following monthly meeting, which are reviewed and approved by all members, officers, and directors. Any committees must present any proposed action at a regularly scheduled monthly meeting to be approved by the officers, directors and members: therefore any committee action is recorded in the meeting's minutes by the secretary. Copies of these minutes are provided for each member at the meetings.”

“A financial compilation or audit is not required although we hired an accountant to help with the 501c3 application. The Board of Directors of Fremont Archery Club Inc. has reviewed the Form 990 before submission, as is done with all financial reports.”
