IN OUR REVIEW, WE CONSIDER THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT REQUESTED, OVERALL HOUSEHOLD FINANCIAL PICTURE, AND FACTORS SUCH AS JOB LOSS, MEDICAL SITUATIONS, OR OTHER HARDSHIPS THAT MAY NOT BE FULLY REFLECTED IN INCOME ALONE. WE ALSO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT FAMILY DYNAMICS SUCH AS MULTIPLE PLAYERS PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM. BASED ON THIS REVIEW, AWARDS ARE OFTEN ADJUSTED FROM THE BASELINE SCALE TO BETTER REFLECT TRUE NEED.
