FINANCIAL SUPPORT REQUESTS THAT ARE $500 OR BELOW CAN BE APPROVED OR DECLINED AT THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS DISCRETION. THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WILL MAKE A DECISION ON THESE REQUESTS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. FOR REQUESTS $501 OR MORE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL REVIEW THE REQUESTS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SUBMISSION. THE BOD UTILIZES GUIDELINES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ORGANIZATIONS LOCATED IN HARFORD OR BALTIMORE COUNTY; A CURRENT WORKPLACE PARTNER OF FREEDOM FEDERAL CREDIT UNION WHERE THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT WOULD BE USED FOR COMMUNITY SUPPORT OR A CHARITABLE ENDEAVOR; A FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHERE THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT WOULD GO TO COMMUNITY SUPPORT OR A CHARITABLE ENDEAVOR;OR SCHOOLS OR SCHOOOL SYSTEMS SEEKING FINANCIAL EDUCATION OR SCHOLARSHIP SUPPORT. ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION WILL BE GIVEN TO THE FINANCIAL NEED OF EACH REQUEST, BASED ON THE REQUESTIONG ORGANIZATIONS OTHER SOURCES OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT, THE POSITIVE IMPACT TO THE COMMUNITY, THE SIZE OR AMOUNT OF THE SUPPORT REQUEST, AND THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
