Eagles Nest Projects Wisconsin (ENPWI) inspires and educates the next generation of aviators, engineers, and aviation maintenance professionals through hands-on STEM programs that combine classroom instruction with real-world experience. Our programs provide high school students with opportunities to build and maintain real aircraft under the supervision of licensed FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanics and experienced mentors. During the 2024-2025 fiscal year, ENPWI: Engaged more than 225 students across multiple southeastern Wisconsin high schools in aviation-based STEM education. Continued the construction and maintenance of several aircraft including a Van's RV-12, Sling 2, and RANS S-21 as part of student build programs. Expanded its Maintenance Program, incorporating the Choose Aerospace curriculum to prepare students for FAA Part 147 Aviation Maintenance Technician School pathways. Operated the STEM Aviation Center at Burlington Municipal Airport, providing a dedicated facility for aircraft construction, flight simulation, avionics training, and youth mentorship. Supported student advancement through partnerships with the Wisconsin Space Grant Consortium, Fox Valley Technical College, EAA, and local aviation businesses. Sponsored educational events including Women in Aviation Day, STEM Tours, and Community Fly-In Fundraisers, promoting public engagement and awareness of aviation careers. Helped graduates earn pilot certificates, maintenance certifications, and scholarships, with several alumni now pursuing aviation degrees or working in professional aviation roles. ENPWI remains committed to expanding its aviation maintenance and flight training programs, increasing outreach to underserved students, and advancing Wisconsin's aviation workforce development pipeline.$10,000$21,000
