HBCU/College Mental Health Program Our HBCU/College Mental Health Program addresses mental health challenges among college students through our Ambassador Program and tailored initiatives. We deliver mental health education, advocacy, and resources?both online and in-person?designed for the unique needs of students. Key Efforts Include: - Social media campaigns to educate and advocate for mental health awareness. - Annual Mental Health & Health Justice Conferences for dialogue and skill-building. - Media engagement, including radio shows and podcasts. - Community engagement through tabling events, town halls, and "Lunch & Learn" sessions. Community Mental Health Programming We offer holistic mental health programming to promote well-being and resilience across communities. Activities include: - Therapeutic practices: Yoga, meditation, and art therapy sessions. - Support spaces: Peer-led support groups, "Healing for Healers" workshops, and youth-focused programming. - Community-building: Mental health "kickbacks and listening sessions to foster connection.
