The project aligned with the organizations mission to promote cultural storytelling and community engagement. All remaining assets were spent in support of this program and related administrative expenses. --------------------- Form 990-EZ, Part IV - Officers, Directors, Trustees, and Key Employees: Charles Philipp, who served as both Head of Partnerships and a board member, worked approximately 40 hours per week as an employee and received $35,000 in compensation for their staff role in 2023. Compensation was approved by the board of directors and a clear conflict of interest policy was in place. ------------------ Form 990-EZ, Part V, Line 36 - Liquidation, Dissolution, Termination: The organization ceased operations in 2023. All assets were expended in accordance with its mission. A resolution to dissolve was passed by the board, and the organization is in the process of filing dissolution documents with the New York Department of State and the New York Attorney Generals Charities Bureau. This return is intended to serve as the organizations final Form 990-EZ. ----------------- Late Filing Penalty Abatement Request This return is filed late due to the organizations closure and lack of active administrative oversight following the completion of its final programmatic activities.
