This tax exempt corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, scientific, literary, and eleemosynary objects and purposes within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the code and to promote such other qualified charitable objects and purposes within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the code, as determined by the board in its discretion and as set forth in the articles of incorporation. The specific and primary purposes for which the corporation is organized and for which it shall be exclusively administered and operated shall be to educate visitors, businesses and local citizens about economic advancement, growth and regional economic development opportunities. These objectives are accomplished through the fostering of improved quality of life standards and sustainability.
