As of june 30, 2022 and 2021, there were no uncertain tax benefits identified and recorded as a liability. Additionally, management has evaluated the tax benefit / provision of gains and losses from its commercial subsidiaries and concluded there were no significant tax liabilities or deferred tax assets as of june 30, 2022 and 2021.”
