“The nlc&m board of directors is comprised of the officers, at large members of the executive board and a director who is an elected member of the governing board from each member entity, a county commissioner acting as a member of the governing board of a town without an elected or appointed advisory board or an elected or appointed member of a town advisory board and the president/chair of a recognized "affiliate group". In addition, logman appoints one city manager to the board. No member entity may have more than three representatives on the board of directors. All directors serve a one-year term beginning the first monday of january and ending on december 31.”
