These classes were led by an official bourgogne wine ambassador and a representative from the hispanics in wine community. 1 masterclass attendee was able to travel to chablis on an enrichment trip - successfully hosted the inaugural sip & sabor festival on december 6-7, 2024, at the napa valley marriott hotel & spa. The two-day festival, moderated by co-organizer gabriela fernandez of the big sip, served as a platform for cultural and professional exchange, fostering discussions on key topics within the wine, spirits, and culinary industries while celebrating the vibrant hispanic and latine communities shaping these sectors. The two-day hybrid event attracted over 250 attendees, both in- person and virtually, including trade professionals, press, and wine enthusiasts, fostering broad industry engagement and giving exposure to small businesses. In-person attendees had the opportunity to connect with over 30 exceptional wine and spirits vendors at the grand tasting celebration, showcasing diverse offerings from renowned regions such as paso robles, lodi, napa valley, sonoma, oregon, mexico, argentina, and italy.

THE TWO-DAY FESTIVAL, MODERATED BY CO-ORGANIZER GABRIELA FERNANDEZ OF THE BIG SIP, SERVED AS A PLATFORM FOR CULTURAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXCHANGE, FOSTERING DISCUSSIONS ON KEY TOPICS WITHIN THE WINE, SPIRITS, AND CULINARY INDUSTRIES WHILE CELEBRATING THE VIBRANT HISPANIC AND LATINE COMMUNITIES SHAPING THESE SECTORS.
