Bonefish bonnies, inc., a florida nonprofit corporation (the "club"), is operated exclusively as a social and recreation club whose purpose is to promote and stimulate interest and participation in the sport of fishing in a supportive environment for the enjoyment and education of its members. The club's motto is "fishing, fun and friendship". Specifically, the club sponsors the following activities in furtherance of its stated purpose: 1)membership meetings/luncheons are held monthly between november and april of each year with speakers and presentations on fishing techniques and tackle, fish habitats, reef restorations and other environmental concerns.
