“On 14th December 2021, Red Rose Foundation was established with contributions from the President and the Treasurer, totalling USD 165,025. Red Rose Foundation CA (the "Foundation") is a charitable foundation that aims to support charitable projects in the US, as well as Latin America and Africa. Its sister foundations in Europe carry out similar activities in the poorest parts of the world, primarily in the field of education and maternity health. As of today's date, Red Rose Foundation has supported a number of benevolent projects in the US, Africa and Latin America, including the following some major ones: 1) Support for Food Banks for the poorest in the US (https://www.fondazionelarosarossa.org/en/california) 2) The construction of a Rural Maternity Hospital in Tanzania, together with the R.C. Diocese of Sumbawanga (please see: https://www.fondazionelarosarossa.org/en/tanzania) 3) Two post-COVID year-long After-School Support programs with Caritas Peru, to counter school-abandonment crisis caused by COVID-19 in the Lambayeque region of northern Peru (please see: https://www.fondazionelarosarossa.org/en) 4) The construction of the "Emmaus - Rosa Rossa Center Supporting Single Mothers and Orphans in a Favela near Chiclayo, Peru, which is currently approximately 40% built.
