“A. ThinkGlobal Arts Foundation, a non-profit organization, is devoted to the purpose of global peace through arts and charity. With partial support from Vidya Jyoti, ThinkGlobal taught musical instruments to over 95 children. The program helps to distract children from their hostile environment while offering a safe-haven for after-school- $1000. B. Universal Welfare Trust of India has provided life skills and education to special needs children from poor and middle-income families. With partial support from Vidya Jyoti, the trust provided school fees, uniforms, and school supplies for 25 students for one year. $1500 C. PHD Family Welfare Foundation provides educational courses for youth in Mehrauli, Delhi, India. Vidya Jyoti provided funds to enable 45 students to acquire new skills and develop careers. $1500 D. Kohka Foundation, with Vidya Jyoti's support, extended the Jeevan Asha Computer Literacy Program to more than 140 students - $3000. E. Muskan Foundation has educated 10 beneficiaries with a grant from Vidya Jyoti. These students have been taught basic hygiene and literacy. Along with that, they are improving their social interaction skills to prepare them for a future career. - $3000. F. Tek Chand Sud Charitable Trust of Hoshiarpur, India, operates a free rehabilitation center for children with disabilities. Of the 77 children being supported, 16 either use wheelchairs for mobility or are bedbound. Grant from Vidya Jyoti was used to purchase items such as computers, books, toys, and pay for some essential charges.-$1000. G. Asha Jyoti Handicap Welfare Society's grant support from Vidya Jyoti benefitted 20 children needing regular physiotherapy and 50 children needing regular special education to make them independent-$ 1000. H. Vidya Jyoti provided a few smaller grants to help underprivileged families support their children education. - $2691.”
