“Park Green Coalition is a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation within the meaning of Sec. 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Corporation is organized specifically to create an industry-wide initiative to replace unnecessary plastic from the packaging supply chain with paper and other bio-based materials, which are more sustainable and environmentally-friendly alternatives. Any person, association, corporation, partnership, or estate having an interest in the objectives of the organization shall be eligible for membership in the Corporation. Any applicant approved to be a member of the Corporation shall become a member upon payment of the regularly scheduled dues as provided in Section 3.03 of the Corporation Bylaws. During year 2022, JS Capital LLC, Omar M. Asali, Ranpak Corp, Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation and Soros Capital LP were approved and became members upon payment of membership dues.”

“The process for determining the compensation for the President was conducted by the Approval Body relying on comparability data such as comparable organization size, structure, location, and type of programs/activities. The Approval Body maintains concurrent documentation of the terms of the compensation and date approved, members of the Approval Body, the comparability data relied upon and how obtained. No other officers or key employees received compensation.”
