At one life fund (olf), our mission is to transform the lives of young adults in crisis, as well as the lives of their family members, by providing access to long term substance abuse and mental health treatment. Olf aims to provide opportunities for persons to particpate in therapeutic programs that would otherwise be out of reach due to financial restrictions. Olf will provide guidance to families and young adults throughout their treatment process, from residential or transitional treatment until they ultimately transition to full independence in sustainable recovery.

THE INDIVIDUAL REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE MUST DEMONSTRATE: FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, THE NEED FOR THERAPEUTIC TREATMENT FOR EITHER MENTAL HEALTH OR SUBSTANCE ABUSE ISSUES, BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 AND UNDER THE AGE OF 30, OUTLINE THEIR CURRENT AND PREVIOUS ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THEIR ISSUES VIA TREATMENT, COMMIT TO ATTEND AND PARTICIPATE IN A THERAPY PROGRAM, AND WHY THEY BELIEVE THIS PROGRAM WILL HELP THEM OBTAIN A SUCCESSFUL OUTCOME FOR THEIR ISSUES. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS WHO PRIMARILY LIVE IN THE WILMINGTON, NC METROPOLITAN AREA AND SEEK THERAPY FROM LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS. THE ORGANIZATION HAS AN ON-LINE PRESCENCE AND ACCEPTS APPLICATIONS THROUGH THEIR ON-LINE PORTAL. THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVES REFERRALS FROM THERAPY PROVIDERS IN THE WILMINGTON, NC METROPOLITAN AREA.
