THROUGH THESE EFFORTS, BOLT BROTHERHOOD HAS EXPANDED ITS IMPACT, STRENGTHENED ALUMNI CONNECTIONS, AND REINFORCED ITS COMMITMENT TO SERVING THE USAFA FOOTBALL COMMUNITY. 2025 GOALS: BUILDING ON OUR SUCCESS IN 2024, BOLT BROTHERHOOD IS SETTING AMBITIOUS GOALS FOR 2025 TO FURTHER ITS MISSION AND INCREASE ITS IMPACT: - EXPAND OUTREACH TO 25% MORE MEMBERS: UTILIZE ENHANCED COMMUNICATION CHANNELS, INCLUDING TEXT MESSAGING AND DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT TOOLS, TO CONNECT WITH MORE FORMER PLAYERS AND ENSURE THEY REMAIN ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN THE BOLT BROTHERHOOD COMMUNITY. - DOUBLE FUNDRAISING EFFORTS: INCREASE FUNDRAISING BY 100% TO PROVIDE GREATER FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR USAFA FOOTBALL PROGRAMS, INCLUDING PLAYER DEVELOPMENT, ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT, AND HISTORICAL PRESERVATION. - STRENGTHEN GOVERNANCE WITH ADDITIONAL BOARD MEMBERS: ACTIVELY RECRUIT TWO ADDITIONAL BOARD MEMBERS TO BROADEN LEADERSHIP PERSPECTIVES, IMPROVE OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT, AND ENSURE LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY.
