PART X, LINE 2:

Welcome house properties is a not-for-profit entity exempt from federal income taxes under provisions of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. The organization has adopted accounting guidance which requires that a tax position be recognized or derecognized based on a "more likely than not" threshold. This applies to positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. The organization's income tax filings are subject to audit by various taxing authorities. The organization's policy with regards to interest and penalties is to recognize interest through interest expense and penalties through other expense. The organization does not believe it has an income that would be considered unrelated business income.
