“Manifest Corporation updated its bylaws and gained two new board members. Changes to bylaws include: (1) Updated purpose statement: "The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be to provide aid to people under-resourced regions that need humanitarian support. To provide effective interventions, we plan to raise funds and organize volunteer activities for local at-need organizations, communities, and individuals, including but not limited to, clinics and schools, so that they can provide for those who utilize their services. These activities may look like creating scholarships, hosting book drives, providing materials, or creating unique fundraisers that encourage local and global engagement with partnering organizations;" (2) Inclusion of Jamal Fyne Benson and Brandon Ebeh, two new board members; (3) Clarification of resignation protocol; and (4) Removal of Adeola Adetayo as a board member. She will now serve as a volunteer.”
