The corporation has two classes of members: voting members and non-voting members. Membership is open to businesses, organizations, and other entities or individuals that are interested in advancing and supporting the purposes of the corporation.

Per the corporation's bylaws, the following decisions of the governing body (board of directors), requires approval of the voting members: (i) amendment of articles of incorporation, (ii) amendment of bylaws, and (iii) dissolution of the corporation. Voting members shall assess the qualifications of applicants for membership and shall determine by vote whether to admit a member as well into which class any such member shall be admitted.
