Organizations Process to Review Form 990 Form 990 is completed by an accounting firm, then after the Form 990 is prepared, it is sent to the President for review and shared with the non-conflict of interest board members to elicit any edits before it is signed and filed.

Enforcement of Conflicts Policy The Organization has a written conflict of interest policy that is reviewed yearly and monitored twice a year at board meetings by asking board members of potential conflicts. If a conflict exists, then any matters where the conflicts exists, the conflicted parties are excluded from decision-making powers.

Compensation Process for Top Officials All compensation for either officers or key employees is determined by the Executive Board on a yearly basis, where years of service, hours spent in the organization, and comparison to equivalent positions at other organizations determine the yearly salary/wages. However, no Board Members receive payment for services, according to our By-Laws, and furthermore, no key employees or officers receive compensation for at least the first three years of existence.

IRS990/Desc0Extreme Sport 1 Drifting - 4 athletes were chose as sponsored athletes in 2024, including two high school-aged athletes and one disabled athlete. Four vehicles modified for drifiting were repaired and maintained for the athletes, then the athletes were allowed to use the vehicle to participate in several race events. Additionally, tires the part of the vehicle that needs replaced at each event were supplied for the four vehicles, as well as supplied to the other one athlete that had her own vehicle. All track fees and safety equipment were provided free of charge for the athletes, as well as racing parts that are needed on the vehicles. Further work continues on acquiring more sponsored athletes.
