Financial Statement Notes

PART IV, LINE 2B:

During the year ended december 31, 2024, the organization began to convert priority deposits to 10% deposits. Under florida state law, the reservation deposit shall be equal to the lesser of $40,000 or 10% of the entrance fee. For the organization, they began collecting deposits in the amount of $40,000. These amounts are refundable to the prospective residents if they do not plan to move into the community. As of december 31, 2024, the organization had received 65 deposits.
