Mission

The organization's goals are to gain control of rental costs, preserve the community for the current & future homeowners, and to keep it affordable long-term for low and moderate-income individuals and families.

The corporation is formed on a nonprofit basis for the purpose of acquiring, producing, building, operating, furnishing, exchanging, or distributing manufactured housing in a manufactured housing park and services primarily associated therewith for the benefit, recognized as both pubic and private, of the current and future homeowners of the community, who are the ultimate consumers of the housing opportunity provided by the corporation.
