“B: Previously filed 990-N form for the same tax year and now filing a 990-EZ to amend the previously filed return as revenue was greater than $50,000. Part 1, Line 10: Powerful Children Colombia sent a grant to Fundacion Caminos Nativos as part of its first partnership with a Colombian-led organization. The grant was for $9,760 and it was used to launch the program Pedale Con Conciencia (Pedal with Conscience) - a program that supported the development of a cycling school in Cabrera, Colombia, where 21 children, ages 5 - 15, learned athletic skills and received mental health support. Children were also given bikes. The program launched in August 2022. Cabrera is a small, rural, and vulnerable population in Colombia. Funds were used to pay for the 2 trainers and 1 psychologist, buy and maintain cycling equipment, run and sign up kids for competitions, and run other operations of the project. Part 1, Line 16: Powerful Children Colombia incurred other expenses during the year, including 1) branding graphics - $372, 2) pictures and banners for a fundraising event - $139, 3) intern thank you gift - $50, 4) athletic equipment for Fundacion Cultura Viva y Arte - $115 (see below), 5) website hosting and design - $475. Part 3, Line 31: $115 were incurred to buy 2 soccer balls, 2 basketballs, 2 volleyballs, 2 ping pong rackets with balls for Fundacion Cultura Viva y Arte”
