In the future, we intend to continue making grants to support charitable efforts in the united states as allowed under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Our activity is funded through individual donations to the organization. Aside from minor overhead (such as bank fees, fees for filing paperwork with the state of tennessee and the internal revenue service, and website hosting) our expenditures are fully dedicated to making grants in support of charitable efforts. This grant making activity furthers our exempt purpose by supporting efforts to improve outcomes for children, strengthen families, support vulnerable populations, and benefit the community at large.
