Once the draft return is prepared, it is distributed to all members of the governing body-including the Board of Directors-for their review. The CEO and the finance team, are available to address any concerns or provide additional context as needed. After all feedback is considered and any necessary adjustments are made, the final version is approved for submission. This review process ensures transparency, accountability, and compliance with applicable IRS requirements.

Yes. The process for determining the compensation of certain employees included a review and approval by independent persons, use of comparability data, and contemporaneous documentation of the deliberation and decision. This process was conducted by the CEO, Human Resources Department, and the governing body of the organization. This compensation-setting process was applied to the following positions: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Human Resources Officer Department Team Leads The most recent review and implementation of compensation adjustments took place in December 2024, in response to updated Department of Labor (DOL) guidelines. In that instance, compensation for exempt full-time employees was reviewed to ensure compliance with the new federal minimum salary threshold. Adjustments were made for executive and key staff roles such as the CEO, HR Officer, and team leaders to align with those standards and maintain organizational equity and compliance.
