Alltru Incorporated

Alltru celebrates women in special operations and is committed to inspiring the next generation of problem solvers and leaders through thought provoking engagement, proliferation of digital resources, and the application of the women, peace, and security act. Since incorporating in 2021, alltru has become the premiere organization for women across the special operations community to gather and give back. Our community successfully evacuated over 40 of our female afghan counterparts, who are now settling in cities across the u.s. And are integrating into alltru's efforts. Alltru has reached over 1,000+ u.s. Students through in-person events, and is readying to reach a global audience through the launch of a complementary documentary, guerrera, that highlights alltru role models. Alltru successfully operates and maintains internet for two girls schools operating clandestinely under the taliban, ensuring young girls retain access to education and economic mobility.

Alltru is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to empowering leaders of character and action, while advancing the vital role of women in the deterrence and resolution of conflict. The organization's most significant activities occur within three programs: gather, engage, and connect.gather provides critical care, community, training, and resources to the alltru network of role models so that they are empowered to lead with vigor. This is largely conducted through collaboration with other veteran service organizations to combat ptsd and through the facilitation of in-person professional development and community events, such as our annual gathering.engage amplifies role modelship, mentorship, and sponsorship of internet and digital tools to inspire the next generation. Our primary method of engaging the next generation is through panels and workshops on topics such as resilience, grit, leadership, and the warrior ethos.
