IRS990/Desc0At the end of 2023, The House Collective was awarded a 250k grant from the Housing Trust Find to invest in its multi unit building. The first deposit from the grant was made in May 2024. With those funds, we have been renovating eight units out of the 20 and working to secure the building by installing fences, gates, and security cameras. The other 12 units are indeed rented at affordable rates.
