Current remaining founding members include drake university and the university of evansville.”

“The founding members have the sole authority to approve: (i) any changes to college and university sustainability project's mission or purposes; (ii) any amendment to college and university sustainability project's certificate of incorporation and bylaws; (iii) the transfer or sale of all or substantially all of college and university sustainability project's assets; and (iv) any merger, consolidation, membership exchange, domestication, dissolution, or other change to college and university sustainability project's structure.”

Each director and officer annually signs the statement that he or she has received a copy of the policy, has read and understands the policy, and has agreed to comply with the policy. The statement also includes the disclosure of items that could constitute a conflict. No director or officer may be present for a vote by the board of directors on any decision or action by the organization which would directly or indirectly benefit such director or officer.”
