Legal Advocacy: Ensuring student's access to effective education. Over 5 million California students' rights protected by our successful legal action. Thousands of families taking part in remote and in-person events focused on ensuring effective education. We have won several important cases that kept thousands of students in the classroom and empowered educators.-$16,188
Communications: Communicating students' rights and needs and encouraging dialogue around those. Podcast and radio show broadcasted weekly reaching thousands with information about education and discussion of educational issues. Social media and mainstream media presence reaching hundreds of thousands to millions monthly with this message/conversation. Team and community events focused on informing our community and making a positive impact in K-12 education.-$13,208
Events & Learning Center: Offering alternative education options. In-Person Learning Center operated for 6 months to help students displaced by their educational communities and to recoup learning loss during the pandemic as well as address social/emotional needs.
