The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Code and Section 103.05 of the Act, each as now in effect or as may hereafter be amended, including, without limitation, to engage in good design practices and innovative techniques as a medium to creatively reimagine and elevate cultural and knowledge assets as currently practiced by local artisans, organizations and other entities in Igbo land and activate and attain a better and sustainable means of economic empowerment for the communities. It shall perform all other acts incidental to or necessary for the accomplishment of such purposes and that are not inconsistent with or in conflict with the Code or the Act, including, but not limited to, the making of contributions to other nonprofit organizations for purposes consistent with the purposes of the Corporation.

To engage in good design practices and innovative techniques as medium to creatively reimagine and elevate cultural and knowledge assets as currently practiced by local artisans, organizations and other entities in igbo land, attain a better and sustainable means of economic empowerment for such indigenous communities and increase awareness of and sustain igbo culture through research and education.
