1)educational programming: a. Rinw hosted three educational events in 2024 - two inspire your legacy workshops and one charitable tools for greater giving lunch & learn. All were open to the public at a modest registration fee of 35 (with no-cost seats available). The curriculum used for the legacy workshop was created by rinw board members, jeanne kojis and megan dixon, and leads with individual passions, values, and stories while giving brief description of giving vehicles for legacy giving (no tax, financial, or legal advice was given). The charitable tools for greater giving is presented by experts working in finance and tax and gave a high-level perspective on the various tools used in philanthropy. 2)giving programs: a. Rinw launched a new giving program called the giving pop-up featuring five unique, unrelated nonprofits and providing a speed-networking type environment to engage donors and local community members in conversations and philanthropy. All nonprofits were qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofits and are listed in our list of grantees. We held two giving pop-ups in 2024. B. Rinw hosted a traditional giving circle giving program focused on celebrating the arts. This collective giving format promoted philanthropy where donors engaged in learning about the applicant nonprofits and recommended funding for pooled-fund grants. All qualifying grant recipients are recognized as 501(c)(3) nonprofit entities and are listed in our list of grantees. ALL WERE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AT A MODEST REGISTRATION FEE OF 35 (WITH NO-COST SEATS AVAILABLE). THE CURRICULUM USED FOR THE LEGACY WORKSHOP WAS CREATED BY RINW BOARD MEMBERS, JEANNE KOJIS AND MEGAN DIXON, AND LEADS WITH INDIVIDUAL PASSIONS, VALUES, AND STORIES WHILE GIVING BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF GIVING VEHICLES FOR LEGACY GIVING (NO TAX, FINANCIAL, OR LEGAL ADVICE WAS GIVEN). THE CHARITABLE TOOLS FOR GREATER GIVING IS PRESENTED BY EXPERTS WORKING IN FINANCE AND TAX AND GAVE A HIGH-LEVEL PERSPECTIVE ON THE VARIOUS TOOLS USED IN PHILANTHROPY. 2)GIVING PROGRAMS: A. RINW LAUNCHED A NEW GIVING PROGRAM CALLED THE GIVING POP-UP FEATURING FIVE UNIQUE, UNRELATED NONPROFITS AND PROVIDING A SPEED-NETWORKING TYPE ENVIRONMENT TO ENGAGE DONORS AND LOCAL COMMUNITY MEMBERS IN CONVERSATIONS AND PHILANTHROPY. ALL NONPROFITS WERE QUALIFIED 501(C)(3) NONPROFITS AND ARE LISTED IN OUR LIST OF GRANTEES. WE HELD TWO GIVING POP-UPS IN 2024. B. RINW HOSTED A TRADITIONAL GIVING CIRCLE GIVING PROGRAM FOCUSED ON CELEBRATING THE ARTS. THIS COLLECTIVE GIVING FORMAT PROMOTED PHILANTHROPY WHERE DONORS ENGAGED IN LEARNING ABOUT THE APPLICANT NONPROFITS AND RECOMMENDED FUNDING FOR POOLED-FUND GRANTS. ALL QUALIFYING GRANT RECIPIENTS ARE RECOGNIZED AS 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT ENTITIES AND ARE LISTED IN OUR LIST OF GRANTEES.
