| TAC's primary goal is to provide world-class, evidence-based, culturally aware care for underserved and marginalized populations. All of TAC's time and resources were allocated to this goal. TAC achieves this goal through the establishment of clinics and training/mentorship programs. Utilizing primarily CBT and third-wave interventions, practitioners offered outpatient care for conditions such as mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, OCD, SUD, sleep difficulties, and EDS. Intensively trained clinicians provided DBT skills group and individual therapy. . In the 2023-2024 fiscal year, TAX was able to serve a total of 32 client. To date, TAC has served a total of 125 clients. TAC also sought to develop and promote the careers of psychologists and psychologists-in-training who hold marginalized identities through advanced training and mentorship. A majority of these clinicians are post-masters doctoral clinical psychology students in Washington receiving payment for their services and exceptional training. TAC has developed a thoughtful and robust practice of mentorship for our clinicians-in-training, including paying for licensed clinical psychologists for supervision and financially supporting employees' ongoing clinical training by sponsoring enrollment in world-class continuing education programs offered by non-TAC organizations. | $0 | $55,492 |
