Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12C

To ensure the organization operates in a manner consistent with charitable purposes and does not engage in activities that could jeopardize its tax-exempt status, we conduct periodic reviews of compliance with the conflict of interest policy. This includes a review and analysis of each director, principal officer's annual written and signed statement.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15

Compensation is commensurate with the time, effort, and performance results associated with the position, and aligned with market benchmarks. The board determines compensation packages based on what the organization can afford, market comparisons, and after a thorough review and formal approval.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19

Our organization makes its governing documents, and conflict of interest policy available to the public for review upon request.
