The organization is engaged in activities related to lobbying and informing members of the Georgia General Assembly other elected officials and the general public and to advocate for policies which maximize the American promise of Liberty and Justice for all including but not limited to: use of ranked-choice voting in elections right to repair advocating for familes of cold case murder victims to be able to apply for a review of case files civil asset forfeiture reform education reform and professional licensing reform. Activities include assisting in drafting legislation testifying at public hearings and organizing and leading coalitions of other organizations with similar goals.

IRS990/Desc0Eternal Vigilance Action EVA filed and successfully litigated a lawsuit challenging the Georgia State Election Boards adoption of an administrative rule that exceeded its constitutional authority. EVA argued that the rule violated the separation of powers by allowing an unelected board to alter statutory election procedures reserved to the General Assembly. The Superior Court of Fulton County ruled in EVAs favor declaring the rule unconstitutional and void. The State appealed and in 2025 the Georgia Supreme Court unanimously affirmed the decision in a 9-0 opinion. This landmark case reaffirmed legislative authority over election law and prevented last-minute administrative changes that could have disrupted the 2024 election process. EVAs victory strengthened both election integrity and the constitutional balance between branches of government in Georgia.
