All trustees are provided a copy of the annual tax form 990 prior to it being filed. The executive committee makes the final decision on whether the tax return is complete and accurate prior to it being filed. All trustees have the right to make inquiry and provide comments and possible modification prior to the return being filed.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 15B: Compensation Review and Approval Process for Officers and Key Employees

The executive committee of the foundation evaluates all employees annually. Compensation of the employees is consistent with general compensation guidelines of catholic diocese of salt lake city. Compensation adjustments are made through this process. This deliberation takes into account compensation levels and adjustments made in the salt lake valley.
