“Membership in the society is open to all who are interested in the geology of the state of arizona. The class of members consists of the following a voting members - members in good standing with respect to payment of dues are entitled to vote at regular and special meetings of the society b student members - full time university and college students have free non-voting membership, however student members serving on the executive commitee board of directors have voting rights. C honorary life members - members recognized by the executive committee for their exceptional contributions to science, education, and/or industry and for their service to the society shall have full voting rights and be excused from futher payment of dues. D 50 year members - members in good standing who have had contiinous membership for a minimum of 50 years shall have full voting rights and be excused from further payment of dues.”
