“Members consist of those persons and entities who, during the previous twelve months, contributed to the association, for current expenditure, a sum of no less than $100.00. The various classifications of membership shall be determined by the board from time to time.”

The board chair conducts a performance review annually. The date of the most recent ceo review was in december of 2016. The executive employee salaries are determined at the discretion of the ceo and are based on industry standards for the position plus performance reviews, which are performed annually.”
