Transform: by july 1, 2024, the organization increased the get solar technical assistance program staff from three to six full-time people. The queue of projects grew to nearly 400 interested entities seeking assistance, which include municipalities, schools, nonprofits, and businesses. The organization facilitated seven megawatts of installed or contracted solar projects for 21 entities with a combined estimated total investment of more than 13.2 million and an estimated savings to these entities of approximately 19.8 million over 25 years. An additional megawatt of solar on three projects have a strong possibility of moving forward. The organization increased the number of qualified solar developers in its network to 50 companies that are available to make qualified bids, and increased partnerships with organizations across the state to expand outreach capabilities. The get solar team shepherded a unique bidding process on behalf of 12 municipalities and a water authority for 46 potential solar projects. Pa solarcorps, the organization's volunteer initiative to map the solar potential of low-income communities, estimated the solar potential in 45 communities in southwestern pennsylvania and identified an estimated solar potential of 845 project sites with 227 mw of potential solar and an estimated 614 million in savings over 25 years. These sites will be notified of their solar potential and encouraged to move through the get solar program.

Educate: the pennsylvania solar center works to expand the public's knowledge and accessibility of the benefits of solar energy. The team continued its watts & learn monthly webinar series, bringing subject matter experts to talk about important solar topics, which attracts about industry professionals, legislators, media, and solar advocates. The organization increased its social media and earned media presence across the state, which resulted in 83 media mentions either from earned media stories that quoted staff members or the center and from press releases and op-ed pieces placed by the solar center. The center held three virtual lodestar award ceremonies to honor entities that have gone solar. In addition, the pa solar center held two soiree fundraiser events that included in-person lodestar award ceremonies in pittsburgh and in philadelphia.

THE ORGANIZATION INCREASED THE NUMBER OF QUALIFIED SOLAR DEVELOPERS IN ITS NETWORK TO 50 COMPANIES THAT ARE AVAILABLE TO MAKE QUALIFIED BIDS, AND INCREASED PARTNERSHIPS WITH ORGANIZATIONS ACROSS THE STATE TO EXPAND OUTREACH CAPABILITIES. THE GET SOLAR TEAM SHEPHERDED A UNIQUE BIDDING PROCESS ON BEHALF OF 12 MUNICIPALITIES AND A WATER AUTHORITY FOR 46 POTENTIAL SOLAR PROJECTS. PA SOLARCORPS, THE ORGANIZATION'S VOLUNTEER INITIATIVE TO MAP THE SOLAR POTENTIAL OF LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES, ESTIMATED THE SOLAR POTENTIAL IN 45 COMMUNITIES IN SOUTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA AND IDENTIFIED AN ESTIMATED SOLAR POTENTIAL OF 845 PROJECT SITES WITH 227 MW OF POTENTIAL SOLAR AND AN ESTIMATED 614 MILLION IN SAVINGS OVER 25 YEARS.
