A draft of the Form 990 was provided to the Board of Directors for review prior to filing. Board members were given the opportunity to ask questions and provide comments. After review and discussion, the Board approved the filing of the Form 990.”

“La Serra Collective has a written conflict of interest policy that applies to all directors, officers, and key employees. Each member of the governing body is required to complete and sign an annual disclosure form identifying any potential conflicts of interest. The completed forms are reviewed by the Board Secretary and maintained with corporate records. In the event of a potential conflict, the board member is required to recuse themselves from related discussions and decisions. The Board of Directors monitors compliance with the policy on an ongoing basis to ensure integrity and accountability in the organizations operations.”
