To date, a creative concept for an ad campaign has been developed, donated by wi (watson isaacson)a leading national ad agency. In 2023, two radio spots were produced by wi and aired in several markets across the u.s. In 2024, the foster care ad campaign continued which ran on social media and radio in various markets, and fundraising initiatives occurred. A design theory session in conjunction with babson college's social innovation center occurred with the goal to generate ideas for a redesign of the foster care system in the united states. Established threee primary objectives for the 440k project. Located student group and other resources to conduct research and business plans of successful nonprofits who are helping youth 18 to 21 who age out of foster care. The ultimate objective is to scale these nonprofits across the u.s. To help aged out youth with housing, mentorship, job opportunities, etc. In 2025, the activities included redesign sessions on fundraising, messaging and strategies to help the cohort of aged-out youth. Bentley university honor students developed strategies for aged-out foster youth to gsin the skills/experience to earn a living wage and also identified resources for fundraising. Worked with the ad council and walton isaacson on a communications effort to get the 111,000 children awaiting adoption into permanent homes.
