“We are trying to get this organization started. The plan is to do board development and recruit various new board members. Although not strictly necessary, since only one board member would seem to suffice, we do have some board members related by family, but no conflicts of interest. With our only funding for the 2021 tax year being less than one thousand dollars of total revenue (all donations from the general public), board recruitment has been a bit difficult. We are progressing, though, and welcome potential new board members! The participation of family members has nevertheless been very welcomed to get things started. Lack of revenue does not allow for paid employees or purchases of services from service providers. Strictly speaking, this leaves everything to be done to be done by volunteers, at this point mainly by the grace of family relationships.”

“Review is performed at the digression of individual board members. Copies of the completed 990 are sent prior to filing.”

“Conflict of interest policy is described in the organization's by-laws. All officers and directors have received copies of the by-laws. Any potential of violations of the conflict of interest policy are required to be reported. Officers and directors have been informed and are aware of conflict of interest policy through the by-laws and through discussion at board meetings.”

“The organization made its governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements available to the public during the 2021 tax year by request. Some of these may be made available on our website at some point in 2022 or 2023, but were not available on the internet during 2021. Filing Form 990 is an important step in providing information to the public, and at this point should serve as an adequate financial statement. Conflict of interest policy is described in the by-laws, however it has not yet been further codified in writing; however, we follow standard guidelines and are happy to explain this to any member of the public upon request and to provide copies upon request. The governing documents, including by-laws are in writing, and unless there is an overwhelming public demand for copies we will be pleased to provide reasonable numbers of free copies. We are indeed looking forward to any first requests!”
