(IMCS), Atif Bawahab (Chief Strategy Officer of IMCS), Ali Madha (Chief Operating Officer of IMCS), Atiq Nakrawala (Chief Financial Officer of IMCS), Nadir Ijaz (employee of IMCS), Baseer Tajuddin (employee of IMCS), Kaleem Qazi (employee of IMCS), and Maryum Rasool (employee of IMCS). In addition, the sole owner of IMSC is Chairman Emeritus (non-voting board member) of Insight Chicago.”

“Certain functions of key employees (for example: service line leadership, administrative leadership, legal, finance, RCM integrity, pharmacy services, laboratory Services, radiology services) are managed by a third-party management company, Insight Management and Consulting Services, Inc. (IMCS). Insight Chicago paid IMCS $12,000,000 in management fees during the tax year.
