“There shall be two classes of membership in the corporation: a. Members in the controlling class i. Actively participate in the activities conducted by the corporation to achieve its goals; ii. Have the right to vote on all matters requiring a vote of the membership; and iii. Make property or monetary investments to the corporation. B. Members in the non-controlling class i. Do not actively participate in the activities conducted by the corporation; ii. Do not have the right to vote on all matters requiring a vote of the membership; and iii. Make monetary investments to the corporation.”
