“All Officers, Directors, Key Employees, and other top management officials that the Institute may identify are required to complete and sign a statement annually that: 1) confirms receipt of Conflict of Interest (COI) policy; 2) discloses material financial interests and family relationships that could give rise to a conflict of interest; and 3) affirms that they will comply with the COI policy. Signed COI forms are filed in the Corporate Minutes book or are retained in Personnel files. The Board oversees an annual review individual compliance with the COI policy.”
