Through its extensive diverse renovation and building experience, the organization works to improve existing housing infrastructure and build new housing solutions to meet the needs of its clients. The organization's major program activities include assessing existing housing conditions, developing solutions to address the housing needs of its clients, and carrying out renovations and new construction projects. Since its founding, the organization has worked to make a difference in the lives of thousands of low-income households. Our work is about building stronger communities, neighborhoods and economies through affordable housing by providing improved housing conditions, greater stability, and a pathway to a brighter future.
