Circles uses a relational strategy to support adults and their children out of poverty while inspiring and equipping the community to reduce its poverty rate.”

“Circles for troup county is a poverty reduction initiative that has graduated more than 100 participants to date which equates to more than 300 adult and child family members. Circles has held poverty awareness training sessions throughout the county and in the west georgia region in order to educate residents about what a life of poverty feels like. Circles continues to be an advocate in the awareness arena working with local police and sheriff's offices; united way; adult and juvenile court systems and many other organizations.”
