“The Form 990 was prepared by an independent preparer in collaboration with management. Upon completion of the draft return the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer conducted a detailed internal review for accuracy and completeness. The draft Form 990 was then provided to the Board of Directors prior to filing. The Board was given the opportunity to review the return ask questions and provide feedback. Any recommended revisions were incorporated prior to final submission. The final return was approved by an authorized officer of the organization before filing with the Internal Revenue Service.”
